Returns & Exchange Policies
Returns - If the order has been dispatched, you must inform us within 8 working days of receiving your products for a full refund of the product price. Please returned the item(s) as sold in original condition to us within 30 days of purchase. Please note that the return delivery costs must be paid by the customer. Please email our customer service team who will be happy to advise you on this. If you are happy to exchange the items, please return them to us as sold within 30 days and we will co-ordinate an exchange.
Cancellations – Please contact us within 24hrs of placing your order. We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched.
Damaged/Faulty - If an item arrives damaged, please email a photograph of the broken piece, along with a picture of the box it arrived in, within 2 days of delivery and we will be happy to send you a replacement. If the items is faulty please email our customer service team with full details and we will be happy to send you a replacement
All items broken or damaged during shipping/delivery will be replaced at no additional costs.
If for any reason we are unable to replace it then we will be happy to offer an alternative piece to the same value or a full refund.
Please note that all Seconds, Sales and Personalised items are considered final sale and not elegible for refunds or exchanges.
